HARTINGTON RD EXTENSION

We worked together with the client to submit a Planning Application to the local authority, in order to extend this 3 bedroom property near Walthamstow. The intention was to add a new bathroom on the first level by creating a volume beside the main staircase. The intervention fulfil the needs of the client and makes the whole first floor more liveable having both bedrooms connected to the newly added bathroom.
