Carlos Hurtado Bocanegra is a chartered architect and a registered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). He studied Architecture at the University of Seville (Spain) and the University of Thessaly in Volos (Greece), where he developed a deep appreciation for the stories that buildings can tell, and a passion for interventions which honour the past yet create new perspectives. Prior to setting up Bocanegra Architecture, he was a senior architect at multinational practice Design International. Carlos has worked in London for over 10 years, and he brings his passion and attention to detail equally to designing small-scale refurbishments as he does to project managing a team of architects, designers and construction specialists on large-scale commercial projects. Carlos understands the power of good design and how it can change the experience of the people who will interact with it, and can't wait to work with you to create something exceptional.
